Registration fees
Registration fees have been set at 150 € per participant for all expenses (to cover planning, meals, coffee breaks, translation services, bus transport, informal meetings) for the entire duration of the FEH (from April 28 to 30).
Transport
The following trains are recommended for participants arriving from Paris:
- TGV Paris Gare de Lyon – Annecy : 10h47 – 14h29
- TER Annecy – Paris Gare de Lyon (correspondance à Lyon) : 13h51 – 18h08
For participants arriving from Lyon:
- TER Lyon Part Dieu – Annecy : 12h08-14h05
- TER Annecy – Lyon Part Dieu : 13h51-15h52
A shuttle bus will run between:
- Annecy train station and Les Pensières on Thursday at 14h45
- Les Pensières and the Annecy train station on Saturday at 12h45
Accommodation
This year each participant has the option of selecting and booking on-site accommodation and paying directly. To expedite the booking of your accommodation we have pre-booked rooms at Les Pensières. We will put you in direct contact with them for you to confirm your reservation, so that you can get the benefit of the preferential rates that have been arranged.
To facilitate your attendance at the FEH, we recommend that you book your accommodation at the Pensières Conference Centre. However, if you wish to stay at the hotel, « Les Muses » (formerly the Ancor Hôtel), please contact this establishment directly, indicating that you are attending the FEH. We will thus be able to plan a shuttle service between this hotel and the Pensières.
If you decide to choose another establishment, please note that we do not provide any transport.
Important! As the limited number of rooms at the Pensières are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, we strongly advise that you book as soon as possible.

Les Pensières Centre for Global Health is three and a half hours from Paris by TGV, 30 minutes from Geneva international airport, one and a half hours by motorway from Lyon and less than one hour from the Mont-Blanc tunnel linking France and Italy.
- Exit motorway at “Annecy Sud” Sortie 16
- Follow the direction “Annecy / Albertville / Seynod / Cran Gevrier”
- Take the direction “Annecy-le-Vieux / Thônes”
- In Annecy, continue in the direction “Veyrier-du-Lac”
- Facing the lake, turn left following the direction “Veyrier-du-Lac / Menthon Saint-Bernard / Talloires”
- Follow the lake until the hamlet “Chavoires”
- At the top of the hill turn right onto “Old road of Les Pensières”
- Using the no through road on the right continue down to the secure car park located on the left
